            Hi everyone! I'm joining a little late, but this sounds fun! The past years Halloween has been so bittersweet for me. Used to be my favorite holiday but after getting so big, just no costume looked good on me. It was so depressing! (Happy to see my kids having fun though.)

 Beginning an exercise program can cause your body to retain water, which might hide fat lossfrom showing up on the scale for some time. Don’t get too discouraged by it! Just keep at it!2
