Any advice, meals, tips will be great. I’m 3 pounds down but I feel like I could do better!

Do you mean you eat 1,500 a day? Rather than you have a 1,500 calorie deficit.

    3lbs loss is great. congrats

and yes hopefully you mean you are eating 1500?

how quickly did you lose that and how much do you plan to lose total?

Fruits, veggies, protein (greek yogurt, chicken, lean meat, protein supplements, etc). I was scared of more protein when I started but it keeps you so full!
I think one thing that has really helped me is incorporating “treats” into my daily food diary (i.e. 15g of dark chocolate mid-day or a 90calorie frozen yogurt treat for dessert).

Please clarify by providing your current stats (height, weight and activity level), how much weight you’re trying to lose, what rate of loss you’ve chosen, what calorie goal you’ve been given, and if you exercise, what type/how often.

This will help people provide you specific advice.

If you haven’t already, start by reading the stickied most helpful forum posts at the top of the getting started section.

Different food will not produce faster fat losses. You lose fat weight by being in a calorie deficit. As @WinoGelato says there are most helpful posts that are really worth a read because educating yourself will be greatly beneficial as you move forward. If you have a specific question this forum will probably be able to help.
