I was logging it as cardio strength training too. Now i have a HRM and just log my cardio and strength all under the one banner "HRM Training" that i created myself. I just adjust the minutes to get as close to the actual burn as possible even though the minutes don't usually reflect what i actually did.

I invested in a heart rate moniter just for this purpose. I like to really know how hard i am working even though i steer clear of using the excess cals i burn for food. I suggest getting one of these and find out for sure. I found out that while sometimes MFP was closer other times the machine was. Its one of those things…

I bought a Polar FT4 a week ago and it is briliiant! Perfect for watching my calorie burn and pushes me harder and harder to keep my heart rate up and power through my workouts. Dunno how i ever lived without it!

taking a break worked for me...... i was stuck on a plataeu for about 2 months! so for one week i didn't weigh in, i didn't exercise and i didn't track calories (i didn't go mental mind you!! lol) then the next week i went back to my normal routine and weighed in at the end of that week...... voila!!! i dropped 4lbs and…

any and all exercise is beneficial to your weightloss journey. if you want to up the anti maybe try interval training on the treadmill/bike/ellitical machines? meaning at frequent intervals for a minute (or more if you can!!) go as hard as you can on the machine then drop back to your normal pace for a few minutes. i know…
