I just hate everything about subway. I think its tastes absolutely disgusting. The bread they use and the meat they use.

I have suffered from depression my whole life. However I have yet to find a medication that does not have serious bad effects on me and makes it worse or even works at all. Thus I am asking what others what they do. In hopes to find something that eases my mind a bit.

I havent done anything bad. This past 2 weeks has been extremely emotional and things are just piling up and I feel like this.

If hes a smoker than it cant go any further. If hes not then no drivers license and vehicle.

And might I add I feel like ick. My tummy does bot feel great now.

I usually get a few days in and 10 pounds down but then i cut out the fast food and get crazy wihdrawl symptoms. So this time round i have great support and friends behind me to motivate me! So this time is it!

I know the salt content is insane however at work with no fridge kinda limits what i can bring for meals.

I havent logged anything this time round i figured before i began my go at it this time. Id try to find a way around the problem. I usually eat alot if fruit, chicken, cheese, roast, turkey, potatoes, ALOT of water ( i hate pop) canned foods (raviolli, beefaroni, soup) bread, kraft dinner, pork chops, the odd homemade…

Ive tried a cheat day once a week. My symptom start to happen about 2 or 3 days into no fast food.

I wish it was that easy. Its been a fight to keep him inside. He loves outside. I would have to be outside almost 24 hrs a day. Ive always let my dogs out and walked away and done other stuff. That being said this is my first large breed dog all my other dogs have weighed less than 15 pounds

Wow! That is messed up! Luckily they didn't take the dog. Great Danes are scarce! I'm sure they wanted to make $$. Lets see if in a few months anyone will try and take it then lol! Hes pretty huge now. At 4 mths he weighs just shy of 50 pounds. Lol.

For 4 months he is a great "alert" dog. He is super smart!

Im pretty sure he got a few good bites in there he is a 4 month old great dane puppy thats got half of his adult teeth coming in. He bites and chews EVERYTHING! He was wiggling and growling pretty good!
