250 pds need real friends and support..

I filled my friends list with a bunch of people that said they would be supportive and I have been struggling with the mental side of weight loss lately. I need help. I need to vent. I have no support in my personal life and to be honest no friends. I feel myself slowly sinking and u want to pick myself up and find a happy medium... I want to learn how to stop going back and forth... Binge.. sadness.. Diet... Binge..sadness... Again. I'm tired. I been here to long. I weight 250 and eventually want to be 150 at least... this is my cry for help..

    Anybody feel free to add me. I started at 244 and am down to 208.5. I suffer from bad depression and anxiety and understand how food is used in those situations.. I am 20 and have logged in 240 days in a row. Good luck everybody, we can do this!!!

    I started out feeling the same. Feeling very isolated and at my wits end in regards to my weight. I decided to give exercise a good honest try not thinking it would really work. Damn it worked. The 2nd thing I did was cut out all artifical sweetners. That meant no diet soda for me. That reduced my evening cravings.

    Exercise has help in more than one way. I'm lighter, I'm stronger and I have new friends.

    Add me, I started at 295 and I am currently at 237, weight loss is hard, but being overweight is hard too. Lets support each other! :)
