Great Recipe! I made this the other night but instead of mixing in cheese to the casserole, I used about 1/2 cup of low fat sour cream so it was a little more creamy. It was delicious! Ended up giving the recipe to 2 co-workers when they saw me eating it at lunch :)

Bump...we are in love with spaghetti squash and usually eat it just plain as a side but some of these ideas sound yummy for a meal itself.

During a 50 min workout, I usually hit 158 about 5 minutes in then sit at 168-172 until cool down. I find that if I don't do that particular workout for a week or more, then the first few days back it runs a little higher until my body gets used to the pace again.
