OK thanks. I do use both MFP and Fitbit APPS on my Windows phone. I will disconnect and reconnect on both MFP and Fitbit and see if that fixes it.

Great results! Keep up the amazing work. I "graduated" from the 30DS and decided to follow it up with RI30. I am on week 2 of RI30 and it is amazing. I love it! I suggest you give it a shot if you liked the 30DS, RI30 is a great follow up :)

I love my Diva Cup! I rarely have leaks anymore and as one poster already said I don't usually have to deal with it in public, however, if I do use toilet paper and give it a good wipe.

I decided yesterday to restart the 30DS today and commit to doing it as advised i.e. everyday. I've taken days off in the past, not for an injury or anything, just due to laziness and it caused me to fall out of the routine before finishing the full 30 days. Thank you for all of your suggestions. After reading all of your comments I have changed my calorie goal to my BMR. I have also changed my diary so it tracks sugars and I've upped my fiber intake. Hoping these small changes will help me stay on track and away from the sugars.

Thanks for all the replies! WOW! I really needed the pep talk this morning. I think my game plan for the next couple of weeks is to do what many of you have suggested and cut out refined sugars.
