calories on 30 day shred

i'm 5'5 and weigh 143 lb. my tdee is 2006 ( i set it on lightly active)...
i made a cut of 20 % and eat around 1600... now im doing the 30 day shred and the biggest loser max cardio workout level 2 and 3.
should i up my cals or just stay - 20 % of tdee.. ? thankyou

    I am doing 30 Day Shred plus Turbo Fire and HIIT for cardio
    My average daily burn is 2,000 and I eat anywhere from 1,250 to 1,450 depending

    I am also 5'5" and coming around 138 right now.

    I really don't burn much doing the 30 Day shred...maybe 100 calories??? That has been confirmed with an HRM and Bodymedia calorie tracking.

    TDEE is such a finicky thing. I had mine set to lightly active as well for a long time till I got the Bodymedia and realized that I was actually sedentary.

    I would wear a HRM during your exercise and see if it is really worth a bump in calories. If you are already only losing ~1 a week, it may not be worth it.
