Day 1 - Fit Test Results ( Insanity )

Here are my results for today's fit test :

Switch Kicks : 76

Power Jackers : 30

Power Knees : 79

Power Jumps : 29

Globe Jumps : 8 ( Rotations )

Suicide Jumps : 14

Push-Up Jacks : 18

Low- Plank Oblique : 40

I had to re-do the first two exercises , as i thought you had to last the whole minute lol Wasn't as bad as i thought but i said that about 30 day shred , then i suffered lol
Anyone else doing this ?

    LOL I am starting today as well, with the fit test. Friend me if you like and we can suffer through together :)

    i am doing my 4th fit test tonight, i am half way through month 2, i LOVE insanity!!!

    I have just done my 2nd fit test today and noticed some improvement. It is hard but great at the same time, much better than 30DS (in my opinion).

    I have just finished week 1 .... on my rest day today........ onto week 2 tomorrow!

    Here are my results for my first fit test :

    Switch Kicks : 85

    Power Jackers : 27

    Power Knees : 60

    Power Jumps : 28

    Globe Jumps : 7 ( Rotations )

    Suicide Jumps : 11

    Push-Up Jacks : 5

    Low- Plank Oblique : 26
