The whole reason i lost weight and kept the weight off was because of banking calories. I will save about 250 calories a day for 6 days before a big meal. Bam. 1500 extra calories for my fun meal.

The "runger" is strong with me. I trained for a marathon and gained weight because i thought i was burning more than i actually was with my training and i was eating everything.

When i binge i log EVERYTHIN. Mostly for the people i know are following what i eat so they can see its okay to log your entire binge. I would never say anything to someone not logging their binge unless i was asked by them.

I spend the past 26 weeks doing strong curves in a slight surplus and i notice a small difference in my booty.

That i could still eat pizza and French fries and drink alcohol and still lose weight.

Big answer- all you need is a calorie deficit. Put all your stats into the app and start logging EVERYTHING you consume. Meal timing is not important. Eat when you can.

I've been logging everything daily for over 2 years and I've found this is the most accurate calorie burn for me. I'm set to lightly active because I'm a dance teacher. I don't count my dance classes as calorie burn unless i dance for over an hour. Anything over and hour i log 75% of that time.

Chalk it up as a bad day. I've tried warring less the days following a bad day and it turns into a vicious binge eating cycle.

I do. I lose weight A LOT slower than if i didn't drink. But i would rather lose weight slowly and drink than to stop drinking and lose fast but end up murdering someone.
