How to log Piyo in MFP

Anyone else out there doing Piyo? How do you log your workouts in MFP?

When I was using beachbody programs, i was using their calorie calculator to determine my calorie goal and then doing a custom set up on MFP. This is also known as the TDEE method where you don't have to log exercise calories.0

I'm 150 pounds and when i was doing Piyo i found 200 calories an hour was pretty accurate0
