I have the calorie king book, I should take it along with me. I usually use it for pre-planning...but I should just put it in my jacket pocket. I'll check out their webpage to see if they have an app. Thanks for the idea.

My shoulder is having a better day and I am back into the swing of things. Not having any issues with running. I'm glad that I wasn't out too long.

Got the go ahead from the doctor today. I'll do some cross training today and get back into running tomorrow.

The "doctor" told me that I can't work for at least 2 days and that I have to get a MRI before I can be cleared to return to work. This is the 3rd time that I have separated this shoulder...all work related.

We just tried a recipe from the Biggest Loser cookbook for Sweet Potatoes. Take a 6oz Sweet Potato and microwave it for 5 minutes. Flip it over and microwave it for another 3. Cut it open and add a slice of Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb cheese. Awesome! Quick and easy.
