I could use some advice on this too. Salad with tuna or grilled chicken is my standby. Also, Greek yogurt, granola, and fruit is yummy too. But with that you have to make sure the yogurt and granola don't have too much sugar in them or it will throw your whole day off. Anyone else have any good ideas?

Astro90, thank you. Yeah hep c sucks. I haven't even started any treatments yet or really even gotten it looked at. I have been so busy trying to stay clean and trying to lose weight. Its time!

Hopefully I can get all I need from food. I guess I need to educate myself better about which foods have which vitamins and plan accordingly. Thanks for responding!
