If you can up your time to 40-45 min, the benefits are even greater. You could even split up the time if needed. The baby weighted walk also be beneficial.

LOVE the Quest bars! I usually have them for breakfast, they're pretty satisfying & stick with you..,GNC sell tons of them...I think you either like the texture or don't...Saw that someone warms in the microwave, sounds like a good idea. I tend to stick with the same flavors, choc chip cookie dough, choc brownie, cinnamon…

I've been drinking it every morning & afternoon to help curb my appetite while doing a 90-Challenge with my ViSalus shakes. I only started this week so may be too soon to tell if it's doing any else. Good luck with your fitness goals!

Hey there! Good luck on your fitness journey, feel free to add me :)

I probably get this a 3-4 times a week, maybe more often on the days I work out and have 'extra calories'. I don't eat every calorie earned. Food shouldn't be a reward, the results are!

Just over the age cap...43, 5wks in 6lbs down...It does get tougher as you get older, just means you have to work harder.

That is HYSTERICAL! Had to stop myself from laughing out loud!!!

Amazing results! You look fantastic! Started several weeks ago, but only increased activity 3 weeks ago. Def makes the difference for me, I think more so than the food. Down 6, about 30 to go. Congratulations to you!

Perhaps you're just not eating enough if you've really upped the exercise

I'll be curious on the response to this myself. I'm just starting my third week and have been over on the protein a few times, under fat & carbs.

Hi, Just started this a couple of weeks ago. Any one out there from the Bristol (RI) area?

I guess I fit right in here. I'm 5' 2", currently weighing in at 168. Thinking that I'd like to get down to 130? Not sure is that's the recommended weight for height /age.
