I'm in. I have the following goals; CW 168lbs 1st: to reach 164 lbs by Nov 30th 2nd: to reach 159 lbs by Dec 31st 3rd: to reach 153 lbs by Jan 31st 4th: to reach 148 lbs by Feb 28th My goals do go beyond this.

I have noticed that significantly cutting down on my dairy and starchy carbs has seriously reduced my bloating and therefore - gas. I used to keep them but then I had a wardrobe blitz and donated those that were still good, recycled the older ones and altered a couple. I'm actually really glad that I don't keep them now. Hi! Any of you can feel free to add me. At my heaviest I was 209lbs, now 184lbs. Goal to reach between 125-140lbs. I did lose a further 16lbs and was down to 168lbs at one point but I slacked and put that back on. Trying to get serious this year and get the body I want!
