I have noticed that since I have been working out my cals burned doing the same exercise has gone down. So I have to work harder and longer to burn the same cals. I think it is time to start weight lifting. It depends on their weight, age etc.. etc.. etc.

You can retrain yourself on anything! So start with discipline. Start tiny. Something really small you don't prefer to do. Toothpaste top back on the tube, putting your comb away, picking up your clothes, make your bed first thing... obviously I don't know you so you have to find what that is. And start doing it…

(Currently I am working back up to it) When I started running before. I was a walk/run for about 2 months! But each time it got better and better and finally I was running. I am so not hungry right now : ( If you buy the higher fat content then rinse it down to lean then aren't you just wasting the money you saved, taking out the flavor and adding work. Wouldn't it be better just to buy the lean and count the calories and not rinse and keep the flavor? Wow even less not hungry! Good luck!

I agree with everyone else professional help is key but have you tried planning exactly what you are going to eat in a given day. Count the calories, portion it out etc. Your body is hungry - you have been restricting it for so long - of course it will freak out on you. Do you and your body a a favor and eat consistently…
