Although I still use deodorant, I use mitchum which i find amazing at stopping the flow of sweat :P The BO comes from bacteria, so if you haven't washed for a while and then sweat you will smell.   • Im Lisa and 21 from UK :) Ive lost 95 lbs so far with at least another 20 to go. Going through a rough patch with losing weight atm, but still try to give support and always looking for new friends :)
  • I completed it not so long ago and saw some good results. Im currently doing it once a week, with her banish fat and boost metabolism twice a week as well as the gym twice a week. How are you finding it? Btw you can get it free on youtube just search for 30 day shred and choose one thats like 25 minutes.

  • You can get it on youtube, just search 30 day shred and choose the one that over 20 minutes. Im on level 3 and have 3 days left. Its taken me a while to complete as I only do it 4 days a week 2 days at the gym and 1 day rest. Still seeing results and lost 10 lbs since starting it.
  • Im from Hertfordshire, got another 3 and a half stone to go at least. It makes all the difference having supportive friends on here! I log in everyday and my diary is open...I dont eat healthy all the time, Im trying to kick the chocolate atm!
