spaghetti bolognase receipes

How do you make your spag bol? Looking for different ideas. I have onion,
garlic, celery, carrot and peas with my mince. If i have enough leftover calories i add cheese.

    I was talking to my mum about this the other day as I love spag bol but dont like hers.
    For me I brown the mince, add in the onions and garlic, then add the carrots, mushrooms and any other veggies in the fridge. Put a tin of chopped tomatoes in, bit of tomato puree, mixed herbs, black pepper and a splash of lea and perrins. Then I let it simmer while the spaghetti is cooking.

    Im really not quite sure what my mum does but its so bland and not appealing at all. Hence I cook when I can :P

    I add a beef stock cube to mine, but the big difference is I cook it for about 30 minutes. and then let it cool and if possible put it in the fridge and heat it again next day. I find spag bol & chilli lend themselves to being cooked twice.
