Newbie to running
So a two weeks ago I decided to go for it and jogged on the treadmill for 2 lots of 5. Friday was my 4th time and I started with a brisk walk for 5 minutes, jogged for 5 minutes, walked 3, jogged 6, walked 2, jogged 8 and walked 1 minute. Any recommendations for dance workout DVDs. Im doing jillian Micheals shred and Banish fat as well as going to the gym and just want a fun but great dance workout. Falling off the wagon.....
I know I can go without chocolate but when I crave it boy do I crave it. Nothing I have found helps, Ive tried hot chocolate( the 40 cal ones) fruit, going for a walk etc. Anyone else like this? Ive put in my breakfast and lunch so far and already am 7g over on my sugar. I only included sugar yesterday and went way over, but I had a bad day eating wise and put it behind me. My daily goal is 30g, is this normal? Low? Should I be worried that Im going over?
