  • Thanks! I've been doing daily barre for 2+ years but only in the past 6 months have I started the fasting + Paleo (and not always 100%) which has made a big difference and helped to cut the fat. The 11 lbs came off in two months but the toning has really helped in the past 4 months w/ very little changes to the scale…
  • Down 11 lbs in these pictures - I am not quite 5'4 and this is 148: And now at 137: Tons of barre work (pretty much daily), Paleo + Intermittent fasting. I still feel some rolls I'd like to get rid of but I am amazed that 137 can be a size 2 / size 27 jeans.
  • Great inspiration here! I'll play: Starting at 146ish Jan 1- I am 5'4 And recently at 134 or so - I'm down another 2 lbs from here but not updating pictures yet.

  • BUMP! Anyone in here doing different cardio than the DC? I really dislike it! I watched a few of her rebounding videos and am doing that on my easier days - I've just starting Zumba (today was my second class) and I LOVE it. Isn't that much different than DC so I figure might as well so something I enjoy. I am a recovering…
  • Wow, everyone that shared looks amazing. Thank you all for sharing your photos - so inspiring and interesting to see how different we all are, even though we're the same height!
  • That's interesting to hear. My 22 month old son has been on Topomax for over a year now for seizures - and we're always trying to get him to gain weight (he has a feeding tube which we are trying to get rid of, but hard when the med kills his appetite!) Glad that it's working for you. Word of warning - it can be hard to go…
  • You look fantastic - way to go!! And good for you recognizing you needed to work out early I know that's a huge change but a big key to success!
