Seems you are having an awful lot of sugar intake if Im honest, I did read somewhere the daily amount of sugar for the average person should not exceed 30g for women. Gosh, that was just like me... only ate when I had to, if I was stressed I forgot! Obviously I havn't been stressed for some time now.. People never understood when I told them I had forgotten to eat!
