  • Always reasearch your product you will buy. Read the reviews to learn what can be done. Also some HR straps you CANNOT change the battery and must buy a new strap so after a while you'd be out another 50$ instead of 5$ for a new batt. Get one that you can change the batt on
  • Take the sweets out of the house. It sounds like you also are an emotional eater. Meaning if your board then you eat. Get a routine if you cannot figure out what to do, Do more exercise burn a few more cals and if you still want a treat you have burnt off what you are about to eat.

  • I know this might be hard for most people but I try to do and AM workout and a PM workout both before my meals as the workout will burn stored fat first, it will burn more after you stop, and with the wwater i drink during the workout I eat less as I am more full before I sit down for my meal.

  • It all depends on your age and if you have any heallth risks the best option is to ask your doctor
  • True some of the machines will day a diff amount of cals burnt. But another thing that can adjust that is your revolutions per min. If your faster one day on lvl 10 than you were on another you will burn more on the day you had faster revolutions
  • I found this on yahoo answers Pasta comes in 1 pound boxes. It says that there are 8 servings. So That would be 2 ounces per servings. So it is obviously the uncooked weight. Hope that helps.
  • What will help is also figure out why your snacking is it that you are board? hungry? is an emotion attached? or is it just an oral fixation? Chewing gum helps a lot.

  • I got 1617 cals from about an hour and a half in the morning on the ellipitical machine on lvl 16 then I did another hour in the after noon and got 1066
  • I had an oppsite effect after my morning workout my body was so ramped up it took me a while to fall asleep. A lunch time workour helped me it gave me energy for the day and I had plenty of time for my body to calm down and was able to fall asleep easier at the end of my work day.

  • It happends to me for my feet. I wiggle my toes and some times raise my feet a few times ti wake them up.
  • You may have gained weight but have you gained inches? I gained 10-15 pounds before I started losing weight BUT I also lost 3 inches in my waist. So don;t let the weight get you down it might be gaining musle instead :)
