Cals at the End of the day

Is it bad not to eat your exercise cals and mabe not eat some of your daly cals?

Like this was my breakdown yesterday

Daily net calorie goal: 1,850+
calories burned: 1,424-
calories consumed: 1,891
Calories remaining: 1,383

    Damn you're relly burning calories! I don't eat my workout calories either. I'm actually trying to force ymself to go over a little bit everyday. I think our metabolism would increase if we started eating more and more often.
  • Yeah I work out 5-7 days a week and try to burn 1000 cals a day if possibe. On days that I do wierd workouts I burn less cals because I don;t have the energ y to keep going.

    Like todays work out was
    100 Walking Lunges (WL)
    21 pull ups/21 sit ups
    100 WL
    18 Pull ups/18 sit ups
    100 WL
    15 Pull Ups/15 sit ups
    100 WL
    12 Pull ups/12 Sit ups
    100 WL
    9 Pull ups/9 sit ups
    100 WL
    6 Pull Ups/6 sit ups
    100 WL
    3 Pull ups/3 sit ups

    I burnt about 500 cals but after the lunges I really don;t have the energy in my legs to do mroe cardio like I do most days.

    Whew, I wish I had the motivation to do so many lunges.

    I hate walking lunges, but they really do give you a great work out for that area. I have never done them without being sore for 2 or 3 days afterwards. I wish I had the motivation and endurance to do that many.
  • Well my being in the military I really didn't have a "Choice" per say. I do what they want me to then after that I generally hit the ellipitical for 1 hr on lvl 16 and that burns about 1000 or more. If I had a choice I would have done somthing else other than the lunges I hate lunges lol
