  • You may have gained weight but have you gained inches?

I gained 10-15 pounds before I started losing weight BUT I also lost 3 inches in my waist. So don;t let the weight get you down it might be gaining musle instead :)

C'mon, Woman, you can do this! The good news is, that weight you put on recently should come off pretty easily once you get back on track. That's how it always works for me. Take some time to think about your goals and the reasons you began this journey in the first place, and think about where you want to be a year from now. Sit down and think about everything and anything that motivates you- sexy clothes, feeling lighter, being healthy, running...whatever works for you.

I love your sign in name - PROHAPPY!

You can do this. I found with the weather change that for some reason I was eating non-stop and then feeling bad so eating a little more. Something that has help to somewhat break that cycle is a lot of HOT green tea. Takes a long time to ingest, oral fixation taken care of, and seems to curb the munchies. Just a thought.

You can do this. You already are. Just keep going. You are doing great.

Relax. Forgive yourself and start again. Being mad at yourself wont help you at all. I've fallen off the wagon too and gained 7 pounds. We'll recover together

Hey Prohappy...hang in there. Here's a few tips I use.

Focus on your short term goal first.

Read the nutritional label to see how many carbs, proteins, sugars etc. you are ingesting stick to the recommended serving and drink drink drink that water. The colder the water the better, it boosts your metabolism.

Get off that couch and move, even if only around the block, one step leads to another.

Above all, be kind to yourself. Remember why you started this journey and focus on the positive. Accentuate the positive, feel good about you and the rest will fall into place! You CAN do this.:flowerforyou: :drinker:
