Can somebody explain this to me
is the calorie deficit the number taken off
your maximum daily calorie allowance?
Or does it increase after exercising,
or after exercise when you get more calories given to
you are you meant to eat that amount of calories,
or leave it to increase the deficit,
I am quite confused and would like an explanation,
because I think I am going to hit a rut soon. >.<

The deficit is what you can eat and still lose the weight you planned for when you picked what lifestyle you have. You can either eat your exercise cals or not its up to you the less of them you eat teh more weight will come off but you should try to eat your daily cals each day if you can.0

I have tried not eating exercise calories and I have also tried making sure I eat them. I had better luck with losing weight when I ate most or all of my exercise calories.
And, I don't know if it was all in my head or if this was actually happening but I felt like on the days I had the really long hard workouts I recovered faster if I ate the extra calories.0 -
Wow thanks for the advice people,
yeah I had a hard basketball game/training session yesterday,
since the coach was disappointed with our performance
for the match we had on Wednesday.
I had just under 900 calories of free exercise calories
and I didn't use them,and sustained my weight. oops0 -
