I'm 24 and Married. My general rule when I was dating was between my age and 10 years older. (My husband is 4 years older). I never dated a man younger than me. The smallest difference in age was 2 years.

Awesome job!

If you aren't hurting more than the normal morning after workout soreness I'd say more power to you. :) Good luck on your journey!

She looks great to me...look at those abs!

^^This I found I ate a lot of extra calories when I didn't measure everything. Give it a try. :) Good luck with the last 11 pounds.

Some do. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of ND does. Look into different companies and you should be able to find one that does. :)

You don't need to give it up totally. When I know I'm going to be drinking I work out a little harder that day and/or cut back on food calories. Or if it's an impromptu party I just work it off the next day. :) This way the Waistline and social life are happy.

Finished my month :)
pasties. seriously, epic win, especially if you're out busting the backend while planting.
I love pasties (the food, not the nipple cover :D). I completely forgot about those!

That sounds delicious!

The title is wrong about the calorie amount...that's for the mushrooms and spinach. I can't edit it though. :(

Just finished day 9, 100 squats. Along with the 30 day squat challenge I'm also doing the 30 day crunch challenge. They go well together. :)

You will lose more weight if you keep your metabolism going. 500 calories is too low. Try to aim for 1200. Don't you feel hungry all the time with eating so little?

I usually like to swim alone. The exception is when a friend and I have the same goal/swim style/lap times. This makes training go quickly when I have someone to push me. I get my best times when I get to be competitive.

To count I made a "counter" out of string and 35 beads. This gives me just about a mile of laps in a 25yd pool (a mile is 35.2 laps or 70.4 lengths). Every three laps or so I stop, move the three beads (or however many laps I did), and keep going. It has worked really well for me. :)

I use fins in legs only exercises. My typical swim day is 1 mile free-stroke without fins and 1 mile holding onto a kick-board with fins.

I'm happy you let her know about how you felt, but maybe you should have picked a different way of telling her. Sometimes people don't even realize the things they say hurt or offend. Having a calm discussion would have been better. She is a family member after all.

When I started on here I went through the same thing of only eating 800-1000 calories. I did that for about 2 weeks and found that although I was losing weight, I had no energy. I bumped myself up to 1200-1600 and felt much better. My loss progress didn't really slow after the increase in calories, but it didn't quicken…
