Meal wise, I did okay. But.........I allowed myself to drink entire bottles of wine, and ate apple pie and ice cream twice a day for 3 days. Ooooooweeeeee. I wasn't hard on myself either. I said well, go ahead and get this out of your system so I did, and do not feel guilty. Back on track now.

I did P90 from 12/10 to 2/25. I lost about 25 pounds. I have p90x but have not used it yet. Not much help, lol.

I did well yesterday....day 1 down, many more to go. I got my exercise in and ate okay. Needed more water and fiber though.

It is tough isn't it? I face the same with hubby and kids. Let me tell you what helps me, I do most of the food shopping and when hubby does it, he knows what NOT to bring into the house. way to go deciding to start back up again. You can do this...you will do this! I started and restarted and restarted again. Now with 2 kids it is tougher, but I know I can do this! Starting back today.

I do not log everyday things that I do, like walk, go up the stairs, pick up my 35lb son, shop, clean, etc. Seems weird to do that...plus MFP accounts for regular activity, it asks you how active you are, etc. I only log workouts.

did you gorge before, like pile it on during each meal? honestly, your body gets used to how you treat it. eating healthier, less food, good patterns (every 2-3 hours), your body is getting used to that. doesn't sound like you need a wake up call to me. you are right on track darling! you didn't gain all that weight in a day and you will not lose it in a day. you have taken such great steps already! be proud of yourself for that! can you make light choices when you do socialize? Like instead of the 400 calorie drink, get a green or peppermint tea. Instead of grabbing the cake, pick up carrots, etc. I know it's hard but we gotta do it! And, let your friends in on what you are trying to accomplish. I do almond milk (vanilla), frozen tropical fruit, or a frozen banana, etc and add in some flaxseed meal or wheat germ. Yummy

I am doing p90 now with a group of great online friends. Message me if you are interested in joining. Basically it is cardio and abs one day and sculpting with weights the next day, and 1 day off a week. The goal is to stay on the program 90 days and see results.

are you gettinge enough fiber. Use the food tool here and change your settings to show you your fiber intake and drink enough water. I suffer with being backed up from time to time (adhesions). it is best to get yourself to go naturally with food, water, exercise, etc., without needing to take something. Good luck.
