Maybe also since your body has been use to eating a certain way that even with all the vacation food your body will give you clues on when you've had enough. Its fun to indulge, I believe you'll be ok and its true about the excercise you'll encounter being on vacation and all, it wont feel like excercie.

hahaha love this. Yeah I can eat whole grain bread, pasta, tortilla whatever.. but when it comes to brown rice i cant, i treat myself to steamed rice. went from eating it every day, three meals a day + snacks.. to once a week if im lucky. So it feels as it balances.
