I'm sorry but at ALMOST A YEAR past the Sell By date, is definitely NOT edible. It is understood that the Sell By date is a guideline put out by manufacturers to get grocers to push product and it is not a safety date, Best By and Use-By dates also are not safety dates. However, the FSIS(Food Safety and Inspection Service)…

+/- 10 pounds. Depends on if I'm trying a different workout, whether I've eaten out or had high sodium foods, whether or not I'm hitting my water intake goal, ToM, and a whole host of other factors.

Indeed. He's definitely in a better place now.

@sufferlandrian Hope the breeder wises up. Enjoy your sleep! @bethanie0825 I hope your mom gets well soon and STAYS well. Should be nice travel weather. I hope the drive doesn't wear on you too much. Driving wears me out sometimes. @jennifer_417 , and anyone else who is curious, recovery is going well. I still can't lift…

Had surgery on the 17th and I'm at work tonight. Should be a short 8 hours. I made the transfer to OTC pain meds fairly quick. Bosses are being adamant that if I need more time, I should take it but I feel REALLY good. We'll see how that plays out at the end of the shift.

I'll just drop this here: https://youtu.be/Rzxr9FeZf1g

Well I have a job interview on my birthday(the 9th) and I will hopefully help my mother finish painting the kitchen and I have my pre-op appointment on the 15th and the surgery on the 17th. My mother has mentioned something about spending the 10th-12th in Corpus Christi, so I may be actually going somewhere but I'm not…

I am gassy and bloated and I've missed my step goal 2 days in a row after having hit 12k steps EVERY DAY since Christmas. I am very tired because just two days off in a row, while on nights, is just not enough to hang out with friends and do all of the weekly errands that need done. I did not get adequate sleep.…

This. And as a former waitress/bartender, "please" was never required, or even expected, from a guest. "Thank you" was ALWAYS appreciated and some days, a "thank you" can mean so much more than a big tip.

I set my Diary up in 4 hour blocks from midnight to midnight so it's not about what "meal" it is, it's about what time it is.

I had that day yesterday, except it was with wine...

Well, if you've been properly diagnosed and told to rest, I would ask for a recommendation for and speak to a physical therapist about it. They would be able to better evaluate your mobility, capabilities, and could give far better advice on movements for you than random people on the internet.

I used to think there was NOTHING good about them. Deadlifts are my FAVE and weighted glute bridge and good mornings are tied for second.

Are you kidding? I totally got the job! They actually send me a paycheck for $0.00! They worked around my schedule for orientation, but when I went to get fingerprinted(orientation was going to be 2 days after this), the ACTUAL post master for Bastrop, Al, was a TOTAL DICK! He acted like I was this MASSIVE…

Are you kidding @ChazzyEvilKitty ? Your weight can go up and down a few pounds in a SINGLE DAY! I weigh myself every day, multiple times a day, because the fluctuations are fascinating! Ultimately, you choose when it is the right time for YOU to weigh yourself and which weight to record, it's different for everybody.…

WAHOO! So, hour long commute be damned, I'm thinking about going in for an interview at Amazon.

@canadjineh All is forgiven! :relaxed: @bethanie0825 I know that training frustration. Had a waitress like that once. I don't know HOW she managed to EVER make money where she was at before. She didn't make money with us and quit 3 days out of training. I hope everyone's night is going fairly well.

You can learn SO much by listening and observing.

@kaialexander17 This happened to me! I took two rest days and the first day(Sunday) I was restless ALL DAY. Monday, I was restless again. ALL. DAY. By Tuesday my body was like "No. We don't run anymore. You ruined it. We were having fun and you ruined it."

@apullum As a busty girl, I learned from http://www.bigbustsupport.com that if it can fit over your head/shoulders, it will NOT do it's job and Panache bras are THE BEST! I'm also a big fan of Herroom.com for bra shopping. 30H isn't something that I find readily in stores unless I got to a specialty shop in Austin.

This. I haven't had any issue with losing weight on night shift. I guess people want to be less active when they're awake at night and that could be the main contributor. Perhaps they prioritize sleep over everything else and getting enough physical activity falls by the wayside.

YAY! @jennifer_417 !!!! I hope everyone is feeling better. My weight is currently up and down which is bugging the SMURF out of me. I know it's probably water weight but I ate at maintenance today because *kitten* it! @sufferlandrian 12 down? That's some sad records. :disappointed: But at least you're feeling better…

ALL the hopes and prayers and luck! YAY!

Still waiting to hear from Bastrop County but I applied on Dec. 9th and it's January 12th. Giving it more time. We lost our Admin, a housekeeper, 2 physical plant guys and our 1 and only nurse for both campuses. Our Lt. had a meeting that was CLEARLY just to make him feel better. Moral is sooooooo low around the…

You got a vacation over CHRISTMAS? What's THAT like?!

Whelp...we've laid off some folks. Hopefully no one else gets the axe, but it's unknown at this time. Bright side: I'm on a cooking kick lately and made some mashed potatoes from SCRATCH. Which is something I have SEEN done but had never done myself until last night. I have also made my step goal every day so far this year…

I went from 246-160, lost about 86 pounds in total(gained some back over the holidays :smirk: ) and I don't have any loose skin. I think a lot of it has to do with your age? I'm about to be 28 in February.
