Hey. I've had three c-sections. I wouldn't be doing anything but walking for a long time. Best to speak to your doctor before doing anything. Also a great idea to see a physiotherapist as your stomach muscles split during pregnancy and with a c-section it is even worse so doing any sit ups too early can cause permanent…

Hi. I have three kids under 5. Four years, 21months, and 7 months old. I feed them the same food as what my husband and I have. Baby has the vegies pureed. When I first started this new healthy eating plan I we made the decision that no one would have different meals. I dont want my kids growing up seeing mummy on a diet…

This was me this weekend. Definitely ate too much of the wrong things. I've decided to just let it go. Not beat myself up about it and start fresh today. I enjoyed my weekend. We had the kids babysat and went on a date with my husband. Took the kids to a party on Saturday, and enjoyed maccas breakfast on sunday after my…

Something that can help me is to get on to MFP and read the forums. Update your food diary and work out how many calories you have left for the day and work out what you are allowed to have. Then weigh/measure it and put it on a plate and see if you can keep yourself at just that amount. This way you aren't saying no to…

Well done!! That is amazing!! You look so beautiful! I can't believe it is the same girl! Keep going!!
-
Greetings ... from Victoria! I love MFP. All the best with your goals.

All the best. Your kids will love you for it as you will have more energy for them. Try and do some exercise that includes them. Like going for a bike ride together, or kicking the footy. This way you will be burning calories, spending quality time with you kids and teaching them how to be healthy too.

I really like this comment. I think it is really good for your children to see you eating food in moderation. They will learn how to eat healthy from you, just by observation. If they see that pizza is ok if it is eaten as a treat and only a small portion with salad then they will have learnt a skill that they can take…
