C-section safe workouts?

Not sure how long it takes until you are safe to do any routine for your core. And not sure if sit-ups are safe? Any other post partum c section mommies here? Add me!

Hey. I've had three c-sections. I wouldn't be doing anything but walking for a long time. Best to speak to your doctor before doing anything. Also a great idea to see a physiotherapist as your stomach muscles split during pregnancy and with a c-section it is even worse so doing any sit ups too early can cause permanent damage that can only be fixed with surgery. It will take lots of time and patience to come back from a c-section. I know. I have had to do it three times. And my youngest is 12mths old and I'm still not where I want to be. All the best with it all. Take it slow. But do something little every day and you can gain strength slowly.0
