My baby is almost 11 months, I've found it very hasrd to stick on track, baby takes up all my time!

Thanks, I'll try and work out a better breakfast. I'm not a morning person but baby is! he is most fussy first thing so I need something grab and go, I was thinking yogurt and granola? I just had some crackers with cheese spread on and that seemed to fill the hole quite well.

According to that I should be eating 1988 calories per day, would I then add 500 calories for breastfeeding on to that? It sounds like a high number, but I do have a lot to lose. Oh decisions!

I'm just counting calories, but trying to make more sensible choices, so I'm having a lot less sugar. My diet before was appalling, 5000 calories a day or more.

Baby is 9 weeks old. MFP recommend 1500 calories based on my weight, and I added 500 for breastfeeding. I don't actually feel hungry really, just really want to eat!
