I have something sweet every day, be it a smoothie or homemade brownie etc. I enjoy those foods so I eat them when I fancy them and make them fit into my calories.

Yep normal, I think sometimes it depends on the time of the month and how much water I'm retaining as to how I look. Like others have said look at old pictures of yourself when you feel like that and be proud of how far you've come! X

I personally prefer making my own banana ice cream as I can do whatever flavour/topping I feel like and I love the texture :)

I find that having an open diary (do this in settings) makes me aim for better choices as I know other people I'm friends with will be able to see what I've eaten. Plus it's great to have friends on here to help motivate you! :)

I'm 5'4.5" and currently weigh 126lbs. I'm aim gin for 1400 cals a day for -0.5lbs per week. I eat a high carb, relatively low fat vegan diet and have found this way of eating to be sustainable and enjoyable while also being able to loose weight (I'm down 20lbs over the last year). I did a transition month where I had the odd bit of cheese but I eventually realised I wasn't digesting it well (always got really bloated after it), I didn't miss meat in the slightest. :)
