but surely it varies from person if i eat 500 calories and i drink lots of water i don't feel starving yet other days im the oppsoite

you need to exercise what you have eaten it's okay doing 45 minutes but make sure exercise more than you eat if that makes sense

what about just sticking to snacks which are low in calories, wraps and salads? Use this site to track calories, see the tabs at the top with food, exercise, reports etc use food and exercise tabs to track what you and when you exercise carry a little notebook with every day and if you have a blackberry, iphone/smart phone…

My goal weight to get down to is 100 and according to my frame and height it's perfect, there's people i know who think it's too much for me loose but im fine with it, really im gonna wait till im half way in the 130 mark and see how i feel.

On your lunch break go for a walk outside and do some shopping or simply buy a sandwich
