What is your heaviest? Lightest? Where are you now? Goal?

Heaviest: Um... well, heaviest recorded weight would be 304, but I'm certain I was a bit heavier than that. I use 304 for stats, though.
Lightest: When I started losing weight the first time around (before I gained most of it back) I managed to get down to 213. I got to 225 through diet and exercise and went to 213 after getting really sick and being unable to eat for almost two weeks. I freaked after that because... well, I still don't know why... and gained the biggest part of it back.
Where I am now: 273. Now happy about it, but that's where I am. At least I didn't gain all of it back (Gotta look on the bright side! lol).
Goal: I honestly have a hard time comprehending a goal weight because, as an adult and teen, I was never under 200 pounds. The mere thought is beyond my comprehension. I've toyed with the idea of 145 because that's like my dream weight... but several people have told me falling under 165-170 would make me look unhealthy. My grandma said don't go under 180. Of course, this journey is for me and me alone, so I will decide for myself when I reach a certain point. For now, I'm taking it one step at a time and working on getting back down to 213 (a super big deal for me considering what I allowed to happen last time!).0 -

height: 5'3
heaviest: 101kg (223 pounds)
lightest: 51kg (112 pounds)
goal: around 65kg (143 pounds)
I was always heavy as a teenager, lost a lot of weight in my early twenties, and was fit healthy and fabulous! then it all went down hill, and had to be on medication for several years, which decreases energy, and also causes weight gain.
When i got on the scales a month ago and saw i was 101kg, i was horrified. Prior to that, my heaviest was 92kg.
I dont know how well im going to do, but so far i have lost nearly 4kg (9 pounds) so i guess slowly is the way its going to be. This tool has been a god send though, as for the first time i have something helping me truely see what my eating habbits are doing to me. Even if i wasnt eating a dumb amount of calories, i was so low on protein, carbs, calcium, iron, so many things that are needed for good health.
I will reach my goal, and i will have a healthier life for it!!!0 -

Heaviest: 251+ lbs. (I changed my diet and started doing light workouts about three weeks before weighing in so it was probably higher)
Lightest: 172 lbs. (I went from 210 to this weight in high school by developing an eating disorder. I was sick, not getting the right nutrition and overdoing cardio, so I wasn't happy with my body at this weight. It will be a milestone when I get down to 172 again and am much healthier and stronger.
Current: Bouncing around between 219 and 222 lbs. I fell off the deep end with diet and exercise for the last month, but luckily my weight loss has been maintained for the most part, somehow. I'm finally getting back on track now.
Goal: 150? But I have a feeling I will be content when I reach 1600 -
Heaviest= 140
Lightest = 105
Now= 113.6
Goal = 105ish... I am more focused on body fat % and being toned than an actual weight!0 -
Heaviest: 170
Lightest: 129.4 (now)
I've been everywhere between 135 and 170 for most of my adult life. I don't remember the last time I was below 130 - probably as a teenager, which was many, many years ago. I've tried so many different diets and lost weight, but it would always creep back up as soon as I wasn't adhering strictly to the diet. MFP has been, by far, the easiest and most successful program I've done. I think it's because I'm not on a specific diet - I can eat what I want, but have to be mindful of my calorie intake and exercise each day. This is something I can live with. I wouldn't mind getting to 125, but if I say where I am right now, I'll be happy. One tip: I got rid of all clothes that were too big. I don't have the safety of "fat clothes" to wear if I start gaining again.0 -

Heaviest: 170
Lightest: 129.4 (now)

Forgot to include that I'm 5'5". I used to be 5'6 1/2", but apparently I've shrunk!0 -
I only got to around 160ish before I decided that was too heavy for me. I lost weight and now I'm 140 and it's fine with me. I don't care what the scale says, I care more about what I see in the mirror... the lightest I have been (since becoming an adult) is like 120 and that was gross. I was on this anti depressant that made me lose a crazy amount of weight. I'm not taking it anymore.0
-
My heaviest was 250 plus...I beverages stepped on a scale to know exactly. However...I had lost some, went to doc appt and was 243. Current weight is 141. This is my lightest. My goal is 125-130. We will see when I get there if I want to lose more. I'm 5'4.0
