  • I exercise every day and run around chasing a 3 and 5 year old every day and i still have mine set to lightly active. I started tracking my steps with an app and found i actually only seem to walk 6,000-7,000 steps a day which surprised me and is well under the 10,000 steps they recommend for "active healthy people"
  • I dont view them as cheat days. That to me means you aren't paying any attention to what you are eating and aren't logging it. I think that sets you back in the mindset of eating healthy. I still log everything i eat even if i am having cake. My daughters birthday was saturday. I had a piece of cake saturday, sunday and…
  • I am just coming off a 2 month plateau. I wanted to give up so badly. i was pissed nothing was working. But i had already quite in the past and determined to keep trying. I did get past it and am back to losing. You just gotta keep at it!
  • Good to know! i just got an ft4 :)
  • I scan every item on my phone. but i have noticed some come up wrong. I then just search the name in the database and usually more then 1 will pop up. I scroll til i find a correct one. The formula either changed or someone typed quickly and hit a wrong key. its my job to make sure i log correctly not the job of others so…
  • You look great! the difference in the shirt definitely shows! and the professional photos are amazing. Truly beautiful :)
  • I only eat if i am not really hungry if my calsories are low for that day for some reason
  • I love using the recipe section and just adjust an old one and write the new title with the new date each time. Mor of one thing and less of another this time? you just click the ingredient adjust it and resave. Works well for me :)
  • I got started by following different 30 day challenges i found on pintrest. its just an image that tells you how many of some body weight only exercise to do each day and it gets more difficult as it goes. I did abs one month, squats the next, now i do more that combine lots of different things each day. But it was easy…
  • depends on the type of food. Meats i weight on a scale. (my postage scale i use for shipping its super accurate. i zero it out with a plate on it and then put meats veggies whatever on it to weight. it does lbs/oz and kg/grams) For condiments etc i use my measuring cups and spoons. I really do measure and weight out every…
  • wow. i am surprised at the responses. i was only tracking water and while i logged the other things i drank i did not put them in the water section. I didn't think it would count. pretty cool to know :)
  • I have a food scale at home so i weight it. It will always vary based on how thick or thin you have it sliced. Best way to guess without a food scale how much did the total package weigh and count the slices inside. Then divide and get your per slice weight (1 lb, 16 slices? 1 oz each for example)
  • are you drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day? I go up abruptly if i don't and right back down after a day or two of doing so. I agree you should ask your doctor but at least in my mind if you used to eat way less because of your past your body isn't used to the new intake levels and may need to balance out before you…
  • Thats why instead of choosing scrambled eggs you create your own recipe in the recipe tab, input the total eggs, milk, cheese what have you you put in yours, the number of servings you expect it to make and add that to your daily intake screen. The one you choose may have used buttermilk and god knows what else. Take the…
  • I have mine set to 2 lbs per week. The first 2 months that seemed about right. the last 30 days have been only 2-3 lbs. but i think i have adjusted to the life style and need to mix it up more again to get things going.
  • I have deleted people who added me from another website and then never ever logged back in months later. I deleted the people trying to sell me their program, and one lady who claims she burns #k calories while sleeping 22+ hours a day and other random stuff like that. I want people who are in it to do it. I had one person…
  • I'm 5'1"-5'2" depending on who measures it lol. I stated 114 days ago at 147.5 lbs. Today I crossed down to 129.5 with 120 being my original goal, now thinking i can make it to 115 to be solid in the middle of the recommended range of 108-125. I am mom to a disabled almost 5 year old and a 2 year old so I dont have a lot…
  • Hi and Welcome Bean! My son does the special olympics and I was lucky enough to help coach this year. It was an awesome experience! Sending you a friend request :)
  • amazing! I hit that mommy moment 4 months ago. I probably won't go as far as you but i am already thinking i can do better then my original goals. My friend is training to be batman so i have decided to train to become the black canary :) I just need some martial arts training to go with the body once i get it. Congrats!…
  • I would think you don't want to eat back every single one or what was the point of exercising. Just I wouldn't leave yourself starving after a workout either. Eat if you feel you need to is what I have been going by
  • The last time I was really active here I would not log a day like that. Then I slowly just stopped logging and have up. This time I am so logging no matter the shame! It has really made me rethink snacking with my kids that's for sure!
  • lets see if I can get this adding a picture thing down lol This is what I hope to fit back into someday edit* well..... that didn't work :/
  • Hi! I'm Sara :P I'm 5'2" currently at 137 post 2 babies via csection and want to get back to my pre baby 115/120 lbs. Mostly just want my abs back so more working on that then pure lbs lost. Oh, and I'm 28
  • oh yeah..... that would definitely include me :) If you are up for a game of Magic, D&D, need a tank in an mmorpg, or a battle dressed warrior chick at a ren faire I'm your gal :)
  • I just started tracking my calories for the first time ever and not making a single change to my diet I seem to only eat about 1100 cal a day anyway. But I am short too. I want to loose a little weight and I dont think cutting more food is the answer. But I still managed to gain weight on eating only 1100 cal so it seems…
