good physical therapy exercises for arms/elbow?

I want to add in more exercises to my routines or more exercises that include balancing my weight on my arms. Right now for mountain climbers and planks I can distribute my weight so my right arm takes more of weight then my left. I had an injury that tore the tendons in my left elbow years ago. I went to PT for a year but they mainly focused on getting my grip in my hand back and only did TENS therapy for my elbow to promote healing.
That was fine with me for years. I knew I'd never be able to do my job again that required all my strength back in my arm but thats not good enough for me any more. But I can't do more then a few push ups or an kind of curls that require hand weights etc on that side. So I am looking for some low impact stuff to get my arm back in shape so i can eventually work my way back up to the other stuff.
Anyone know of any good sites, with pictures perhaps to show me how to do them? Thanks!!

Even though it refers to "golfer's elbow" in the posting - these exercises / stretches are good for elbows and forearm strength overall.
Also bicep curls will strengthen the muscles around the weak areas.
I have currently dealing with a throwing injury to my elbow, and am working with PT to try to get pain free.
Good Luck !0 -
