Separating potions on food diary

Hi All,
I do cooking for me and my other half with left over’s most of the time. By paper I measure and calculate all the ingredients and divide them into the amount of potions I make. The only trouble is I only know the overall weight of each ingredient not the divide one. I can add the calories of the dish as a quick add but I was wondering if there was a way to add it onto the system so I can see the fat, salt as well etc…. Sorry if I am not making sense kind of tired writing this lol

You can put the entire recipe in the recipe builder and specify the number of servings.

Creating a recipe can be a little bit of a pain, but if you have multiple leftover servings and might make the dish again in the future, it's worth doing. You can always go back in and edit a recipe if you change it up a little.

I love using the recipe section and just adjust an old one and write the new title with the new date each time. Mor of one thing and less of another this time? you just click the ingredient adjust it and resave. Works well for me :)

I agree with the others. Recipe builder is perfect for this. Sometimes I'm entering the recipe I want to make and notice it's a tad too high in carbs/fat whatever and it gives me ideas for modifying it. Cool feature.
