I am the exact same way. Its frustrating to know you are doing everything that people suggest and still see nothing. Just know that you aren't alone and I"m gonig to be following the same advice too.

I brought a light dumbell in and do bicep curls everyonce in a while when I'm not busy. Alos, I made it a point that everytime I go to the washroom, I"ll do 20 squats in the stall. I also do calf raises while waiting for coffee/photocopy/etc. Need to find a sitting down ab exercise now. :)

Pick your sides and sauces carefully. You also don't have to eat the whole thing. Try eating only half and then you have leftovers for another day too!

I have a Jawbone UP! and I love it. I know I'm not using it to the most of its ability though, as I mainly nly look at my total steps and my sleep pattern.
