Mine are 3,5,&7 (soon to be 6 & 8 for the older two). My weight crept up slowly and with my youngest now three I'm twenty pounds over where I started and it's time to lose it.

Hi! My stats are similar to yours only I'm about a decade older than you :tongue: I know for me tracking my food is the biggest help. I feel like I eat healthy but I'm always shocked when I start tracking and realize how much I'm really eating compared to what I actually should be. Good luck!
