Totally agree with everyone else. You are exercising way too much. No one could keep that up for long. Sooner or later your going to burn out if you keep this up.

We all have some part of body that we want to change. Its not going to happen over night, but we all have to start somewhere. Try to make better choices when it comes to food, and move around a little each day. Before you know it that scale is going to be going down. Just trust the process.
