I'm doing the 8 week programme online , I'm in the second week of IQS and loving it , food is amazing , recipes easy to follow , feel full all the time and not craving sugar. I'm finding it easier than I thought :)

Faced the same challenges as you, I'm 53 , when I turned 50 all of a sudden everything seemed to slow down and I gained weight. I've lost 18 kg in the last 18 months and have never felt better! Happy where I'm at now :) Feel free to add me!

Hi, also use fitbit and love it. I log food on MFP, and manually log sleep on Fitbit and that's it. The fitbit logs my activity , sometimes it is out when I am doing weights, etc which you will need to enter into MFP if you require more accuracy , on the whole works really well, the calorie deficit from fitbit crosses…

I'd be doing other form of exercise on the alternate days, not putting the pressure on your knees every day. Awesome, I have been thinking about not eating back the exercise calories and see how it goes also. I am staying steady which is great for maintaining but not for losing! Well done, now you are on the right track. Keep it up :)
