Losing at last!!!!

Went to see a dietician who set me a portion plan. I'm also tracking it on MFP though. It's ending up about 1300 calories a day and I don't eat back exercise calories. It's been about 55% carbs, 30% fat and 15% protein. I'm only losing a pound a week but for me, that's brilliant!! MFP set me at 1450 plus exercise calories.

    Awesome, I have been thinking about not eating back the exercise calories and see how it goes also.
    I am staying steady which is great for maintaining but not for losing! Well done, now you are on the right track. Keep it up :)
