okay, what about insight on the cheaper versions of supplements? worth taking?
-
Thanks! it's hard, because I cheer, and we have mandatory lifting and summer training/practices that I cant get out of :(
-
YES. this is the exact way my dreams go, and then I get super bloated, and surprisingly full when I wake up lol
-
Is there any way to speed recovery? like stretching it or what not ?
-
that's a possibility; it's funny how our dreams comes out like this, and since we have no control over them, it makes us feel the craziest things lol
-
thank you so much for all your responses! at first I thought it did make a difference in what time you work out, as I heard the afternoon/evening is the best, but I guess it really is on how you feel and work about it. Will working out at the same time everyday support the event of putting your body into a plateau?

I just got my turbofire in the Mail!!!! thinking of starting it Wednesday ...
-
I have this same feeling. I just had one yesterday, and I basically did nothing....maybe a 1 mile walk. But what I did a lot of was stretching, since my muscles are sore from the previous days of vigorous Tapout XT.
-
thanks you guys-- I will take the rest day today with yoga. It'll help me in the long run
-
TF is currently being shipped, should be here on Wednesday...However I did try the First Starter Class, and it looks like im going to be doing this for a while . By the time TF does come in ill finally have the moves lol

Thank you so much everyone! I am on my way of buying Turbofire :) and weighted gloves as well
-
That actually sounds like a great idea! The only thing I was concerned about with Turbofire was the cost, and the choice of weighted gloves.
-
for some reason, im never able to get past week 3, that's when I fall off the exercise wheel. I love training, which is why I bought Tapout, but now I kind of want a fun workout too, that has good music.
-
Thanks! I took measurements beforehand .
-
im in :)
-
I'm about to strat it again, since I keep falling out of it. It's so hard, yet so fun!
-
in ! :D
-
I will, i just had a hard reaching it since i've replaced a lot of foods i used to eat with fruits & veggies and ended up getting full faster. now im just gonna try add more protein.
-
I've been eating a lot of apples, grapes, carrots, and other fruits and salad as meals, along with chicken for the protein. I wonder if I should boost up the protein intake?
-
That's what I have heard as well, and it's always the third week of my diet that I end up having a cheat day. I did keept it strong, however, for two weeks.
-
Honestly, I'm probably eating around 800-900 calories, being that with my schedule with school, I'm always running around and on the go, and hence the splurge lol. I just fear that I won't be able to lose the weight in time before I go back home from school. Right now I am 140 (143 after the binge) and trying to get to 128…

just keep doing what you're doing im 20 yrs old and 5'4 myself, and gone up to 155. I have starting dieting and exercise 2 weeks ago and from my starting point at 152.8, I have weighed in today at 140.8. That being said, it's gonna take time before your going to noticed some changes, just continue to do what youre doing…
-
Wow! congrats i am so proud of your accomplishment!! you are such an inspiration :)

in it to win it!
-
Thank you so much ! this really helped me not lose it lol
