Every time your knee comes to your elbow, that counts as one.0 -
done. ow. also wow, because I didn't think I really had it in me :laugh:
edit to add: I did 1/2 regular old style and 1/2 standing. I think the standing ones are worse because my legs were involved! Not only am I going to have sore abs but a sore rear end too!0 -
