There are many things that I have done to help control the binges with some of these foods. I have found if I pre-portion out these foods then I will tend not to binge on them. Put a really strong mint in your mouth, so that you have the "just brushed your teeth" feeling when you go into that store. Each time that you are able to stay in control, the easier it does get.

I have completed 4 trail half marathons. I read the "Running for Mortals" by John "The Penguin" Bingham. I can't think of the other 2 books in this series, but they were very helpful. Good luck!! :)

All your hard work is paying off!! You look great!! Is that Arches National Park in your weight ticker? I have been there twice, and I am proud to say that I was one of the three of our group that was physically able to hike to Delicate Arch. It was so worth it!!!!!! Love that park!!
