I am in the same boat, but this time I'm doing things differently. First, I am here at MPF. :smile: Secondly I am reading and following "The Beck Diet Solution." It is a great book that teaches you to change the way you think and act, and to actually think like a thin person to keep the weight off.

When I tore my meniscus, my doctor fitted me with a brace to wear and told me to continue my normal routine. I hiked and used the ellipitcal. I also did physical therapy to keep up my leg strength.

Check out www.titlenine.com. They have several different lines of bras, and they, as a company, "test drive" and rate the bras for support and comfort. I use the Last Resort Bra by Enell. Title Nine has excellent customer service and can help you find a bra to fit.
