thanks for all the advice I think i am going to try the salsa idea as well is cooking it in a chicken or vegetable broth! I like to keep things as simple as possible, especially since I really have no culinary talent :laugh:

Welcome to MFP.. I've been here for a little over a month and lost about 15 lbs so far. Tracking food definitely helps and so does having friends on here to support you and keep you on track.. i will send a friend request to you.

You can do this. I am not an expert and just been at this about a month and half or so, but, I think tracking everything you eat definitely helps. Sometimes even if you think you are doing well by being picky with what you eat you can easily be surprised by how many calories you are consuming. Also, don't let this…

Currently eating around 1800 -2060. Just made my log public. Like I said I've been pretty much on the same thing. Chicken salad and tuna.
