You can see the before pictures on my profile. My current one is at 118 lbs...I'm down from 200 lbs. Its been a long, long journey. I still struggly with body image though. My next step is working on toning my body, especially my tummy, as you can see in my profile photo.

I hate men hitting on me now. It's annoying as hell to think they would not have given me the time of day when I was a size 16 and now they do at a size 2. I eat a ton of frozen meals, especially Michelina's. I actually like pretty much all of them! I know alot of people are so snobby about frozen meals, but I've eaten them fairly consistently throughout my journey and I've lost almost 35 pounds..And I feel great. :) I'll have to avoid the ones mentioned though!

I get that a lot of people are "anything and everything", and that's true. Moderation really is key. But honestly, I can't eat candy. I just can't. I used to guzzle diet "anything carbonated". I was addicted! I actually hated the taste of water...Before I quit, I could not recall the last time I drank actual water from a glass. I quit pretty quickly, by actually forcing myself to drink regular water instead of pop. Just don't buy it! Now I find myself craving water…

Biking. I found an exercise I truly, truly enjoy. From there, it was easy to focus on counting calories. Now I make sure to eat a lot of protein in my snacks, and eat slowly!

I'm not sure about my calorie burn...but 151 calories burned I think is great! It's only a 20 minute exercise! :) It can definitely feel like longer haha, but I think that's a lot considering!

5'2 and 140 is my goal! Not "healthy" by BMI, but I felt fantastic at that weight (I gained some weight I lost back). When I reach 140 solidly, I may strive for 135, as that would make me bare minimum healthy according to the BMI scale, but honestly, I feel and look healthy at 140.
