I hope to accomplish even more weight loss. April 1st is an important date for me. It is first day last year that I started my weight loss journey. My weight loss hasn't been linear, but I'm hoping that spring time really helps me kick it up! Summer is so soon! I'd love to feel more comfortable in my own skin.0 -

this month I want to focus on my attitude. It seems as though I stress myself out on my diet and exercise too much. For example if my calories get too high, I start to feel depressed or angry at my self and get so worked up I throw in the towel and don't work out that day. I also need to stay away from sugar!! And make better restaurant choices.
