    Getting a bit more cardio in, and sticking to my lifting routine, I've missed a day here and there and want to be more consistent with it.

    Id like to continue to focus on running and increasing my distance every week (I've been doing up to 12km and would like to finish April at 16km).

    This is good. I'm in a hotel room with my boys until tomorrow with no scale. After Easter I hope I haven't gained...I just joined today but this is what I weighed last week.

    Just for fun: Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. I want to practice making Lara bars for my boys and for a treat for myself. I have a vitamix and even stocked up on nuts and cooconut, just have to do it.

    Hey I would like to give this a try for April! I had a frustrating month in March. I lost 6 pounds only to have a bad weekend and gained 3 back :( I am very determinined to have a much better month in April.

    Just for fun: My goal is to limit (and/or eliminate) my indulgent 'snacking' throughout my work day. I have gotten into a bad habit of letting myself have all kinds of sweets and snacks during the day, and it's time to refresh my willpower and my will to be fit instead. :)

    I hope to accomplish even more weight loss. April 1st is an important date for me. It is first day last year that I started my weight loss journey. My weight loss hasn't been linear, but I'm hoping that spring time really helps me kick it up! Summer is so soon! I'd love to feel more comfortable in my own skin.

    this month I want to focus on my attitude. It seems as though I stress myself out on my diet and exercise too much. For example if my calories get too high, I start to feel depressed or angry at my self and get so worked up I throw in the towel and don't work out that day. I also need to stay away from sugar!! And make better restaurant choices.

    I weigh myself every Sunday. So 4/7 will be my first weigh in! (:
